I taught myself not to believe, rely and expect anything at all from other people to prevent disappointment. 

I also taught myself to not expect the same thing to be done to me from other people.  

So far I managed to do well.

The saying goes "buat baik berpada-pada" but "berpada-pada" itself is an arbitrary point defined differently by different people.

Allow other people to live their own life, as long as it is not wrong. But then again, it depends on how you define wrong.

22 years now, and I think i'll do fine for the future with the correct sets of friends. Friends that won't make any scene for/of you.
